On the other hand, Mazda CX-5 has two engine options. Entry-level models have a standard 2.5-litre four-cylinder engine cranking out 187 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque. The other available engine is a turbocharged 2.5-litre propelling a maximum horsepower of 250 and 310 lb-ft of torque.

Technology

The CX-3 flaunts multiple technology features, including a 7.0-inch infotainment display that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It also boasts the carmaker’s i-ActivSense package comprising adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, and lane departure warning. On the contrary, the CX-5 has a 10.25-inch infotainment screen. It also highlights a 360-degree camera view alongside a customizable TFT gauge cluster display.

Dimensions

The Mazda CX-3 is relatively compact, with a length of 168.3 inches. Inside, you will get 41.7 inches of legroom in the front row and 35 inches in the second row. The CX-5 boasts a length of 179.1 inches. It offers 41 inches of legroom in the front row. Passengers in the rear get to enjoy an expansive 39.6 inches of legroom.
